ARC Clean Technology is developing the ARC-100, a Generation IV small modular reactor delivering always-on, carbon-free electricity and high-temperature industrial heat for AI data centers, industrial customers, and utilities. The ARC-100 is a sodium-cooled fast reactor designed for high reliability, inherent safety, and scalable global deployment.

The Role
ARC Clean Technology is seeking a Director, Engineering & Development (US) to provide senior technical leadership across reactor systems engineering, detailed design, licensing, technology integration, and partner coordination. ·       Deep technical experience with the design and development of  reactor technologies, with preference for Generation IV systems, particularly sodium-cooled fast reactors
·       Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams in complex, safety-critical energy or nuclear programs
·       Familiarity working with national laboratories, major engineering firms, and multi-organization technical programs
·       Strong systems-level thinking with the ability to integrate design, safety, operability, and commercialization considerations
·       Comfort operating in a fast-moving, growth-stage advanced technology company
·       U.S. based only
