After reviewing over 50 technologies, New Brunswick Power selected the ARC-100 as one of two clean energy solutions it intends to implement on their Point Lepreau site.
ARC has completed phase one of the vendor design review with the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) and is nearing completion of phase two which will be followed by full licensing of the first ARC-100 targeted in the early 2030s. ARC is also in pre-licensing engagement with Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for the deployment of the ARC-100 in the United States.
